Terms & Conditions

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of 9% GST.

Customers can self collect their order at all our outlets from 11.00am to 9.00pm daily. Please bring along our invoice as proof of purchase.

*Please note that all delivery terms and charges listed on the website apply to online orders only.
For purchases made at our outlets, please check the delivery terms and charges with our staff at the outlets.

There are two delivery time slots from Mondays to Fridays except Public Holidays:
1) 10.00 am to 2.00 pm
2) 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm

All orders must reach us at least 2 working days before the date of delivery. Please note that for orders made on Fridays, the earliest delivery time slot will be from 2pm to 6pm on the following Tuesday.

There will be a delivery charge of S$20 for orders of S$80 and below.

An additional charge of S$20 will be imposed for deliveries to the following areas:
Sentosa, Airport Cargo Complex, all military camps and bases, all ferry and cruise terminals, Jurong Islands, all PSA ports & Sembawang Shipyard.

A redelivery charge of S$20.00 will be imposed for every subsequent attempt of delivery. If redelivery falls on another day, we will have to redo your fresh flower order and charge you accordingly.

For redirection of order, a charge of $20 will be imposed if we are not notified at least 48 hours before the date of delivery. If your fresh flower order has been made and redirection falls on another day, we will have to redo your fresh flower order and charge you accordingly.

Cancellation of order must be made at least 48 hours before the date of delivery to qualify for full refund. However, a cancellation charge of S$10.00 will be imposed.

In the event that the fresh flowers or gift items ordered are unavailable, we will substitute them with suitable items of equivalent value.

1. No Warranty for the website and/or the Materials

1.1 This website and the Materials are provided "as is", "as available". Steve Florists & Gifts Centre Pte. Ltd. does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of this website and/or the Materials and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in the Materials. No warranty of any kind, implied, express or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, satisfactory quality and/or fitness for a particular purpose, is given in conjunction with the Materials and/or this website.

1.2 Steve Florists & Gifts Centre Pte. Ltd. does not warrant that any of the Materials or that this website will be provided uninterrupted or free from errors or that any identified defect will be corrected; further, no warranty is given that this website and the Materials are free from any virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, programme or macro.

Ltd. However, you may download and print the Materials on this website for personal, non-commercial use only provided you do not modify the Materials and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the Materials.
You also may not, without the permission of Steve Florists & Gifts Centre Pte. Ltd., insert a hyperlink to this website on any other website or "mirror" any Material contained on this website on any other server.
